Common Account Issues
When you're trying to update your profile or manage your billing and something isn't working, it's usually one of a few common issues. Rather than troubleshooting random solutions, these targeted fixes address the most frequent problems our users encounter.
Most account issues can be resolved quickly once you know what to look for. Here are the solutions that work for the majority of account-related problems.
Profile Updates Not Saving
- Ensure you click "Save Changes" after editing
- Check that required fields (marked with red asterisk) are filled
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the update again
Payment or Billing Problems
- Verify your payment method hasn't expired
- Check that your billing information is current
- Contact souffle@breadboardfoundry.com for billing disputes or questions
Login Issues
- Use the "Forgot Password?" link rather than guessing your password
- Check that you're using your correct sign-in email address
